What remains after something is burned? What cannot time take away? In this project, designers Igor and Ney Almeida have metaphorically burned away the unnecessary, preserving only the essential elements in their design. The Depois Chair embodies this concept with its minimalist design, prioritizing functionality over excessive ornamentation. Constructed from ebonized Tauari wood, the chair's straight and simple lines exude a timeless elegance. "Depois" is the portuguese word for "after".
